President Dr Irfaan Ali has arrived in St Vincent and the Grenadines for the CARICOM/CELAC/Brazil-brokered meeting with Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro. Dr Ali is currently meeting with CARICOM leaders ahead of the meeting with President Maduro.
